Mulberry Alexa Satchel Bag – Black Leather, Gold Hardware

Named after Alexa Chung and launched in 2010, the Alexa was the It-bag of its era six-month waiting lists, and a slouchy, undone attitude that made every structured handbag look a bit stiff. Mulberry discontinued it in 2016 and brought it back in 2021 for their fiftieth anniversary.

This is the classic size the proportion everyone pictures when they think of an Alexa. Big enough for a tablet, a notebook and everything else; small enough to wear across the body without it swinging around. The braided top handle and detachable strap mean you can carry it by hand, on the shoulder or crossbody, and in black with antique gold hardware it goes with absolutely everything.
