All orders from Found & Worn are dispatched from Cheshire, UK. Postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and are calculated at checkout based on your location. Every order is sent fully insured and requires a signature on delivery — this protects both you and us for high-value items.

UK Delivery

Standard Tracked & Insured — £12.99, fully tracked, insured, signature required — typically 1–2 working days (Royal Mail Special Delivery or equivalent)
Express — £14.99, next working day, fully tracked, insured, signature required

EU Delivery

Standard International Tracked & Insured — £29.99, fully tracked, insured, signature required — typically 3–5 working days

International Delivery

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days of payment being confirmed. You will receive a dispatch notification with full tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Every bag is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in the same condition it left us. We use secure, discreet packaging appropriate for luxury items.

Insurance & Liability

All items are fully insured in transit for their full sale value. A signature is required upon delivery for all orders — please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel. Found & Worn cannot be held responsible for items where delivery has been confirmed by signature.
