1. Products All items sold are pre-owned designer handbags. Each item is authenticated and condition-graded before listing. Photos and descriptions aim to represent the true condition of each piece; minor variations in colour may occur due to screen settings and lighting.

2. Pricing and payment All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken in full at checkout via the payment methods offered at the time of purchase.

3. Orders and acceptance We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues. If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

4. Shipping Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Risk in the item passes to the buyer on delivery.

5. Returns See our separate Returns & Refunds Policy.

6. Authenticity guarantee Every item is authenticated prior to listing. In the unlikely event an item is found not to be authentic, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, including return shipping costs.

7. Limitation of liability Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the price paid for the item in question.

8. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
